The goal of physical education is to give students the skills, knowledge and motivation to become physically active as part of a healthy lifestyle. Students should master movement forms, motor skills, and social skills and learn to enjoy physical activity. Participation in middle school PE promotes challenges and social interaction.
Do your BEST, Try your Hardest!
Students will be able to improve the following skills in PE:
Object manipulation, hand eye coordination, tracking objects, rhythm and movement, balance, muscular endurance, Strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility. These are some of the many skills you will improve through our various units that we cover.
