Dear 145 Families:

All students are required to wear a Physical Education uniform while participating in this mandated subject. Uniforms and combination locks are available for purchase during your child’s first Physical Education class. Each student must have their own lock and not share their locker space. Students will not be admitted into the locker room without their combination lock and will be considered unprepared for class.

The price of each required item is:

Joseph Pulitzer T-Shirt $12.00

Maroon Shorts $12.00     or      Sweatpants with Logo * $20.00

Master Combination Lock $ 6.00

* We have a limited supply of sweatpants with the logo. If you prefer, you may purchase solid maroon sweatpants outside of school.

Payment is as follows:

(1) Cash (in the exact amount) will be accepted.

(2) A money order made out to IS 145.

Kindly print the name of the student and official class on the back of the money order. Please make sure your child brings his/her uniform to school on the day they have Physical Education.
